There's a role for everyone to play in improving direct care for professionals and those they serve. In fact, we believe that the key to positive change is collaboration among all stakeholders. The Direct Care Alliance offers training and other resources to direct care workers and their organizations, helping them lead the call for better wages, benefits and working conditions. We also bring together allies who support our agenda and respect the need for advocacy of the workers, by the workers and for the workers.
